Here is how it works: Add your residents to the magic mailroom by entering their email addresses and apartment numbers. Whenever a package is received by the office, simply enter the room number in our software and press submit. The resident then receives a customizable email saying that they have a package waiting for them in the office~!
Step 1. Add Residents to your Mailroom
Enter residents email addresses and their room numbers. This is how we'll know where to send the notification.
Step 2. Receive a Package and send a Delivery Notification
Whenever you receive a delivery; simply enter the apartment number of the address into Magic Mailroom.
Step 3. Resident receives a Notification Email
The intended resident receives a customizable email informing them that a delivery is waiting for them!
